The details about the 5.5-inch diagonal display iPhone are pretty scarce. Other than a back plate and some parts of the logic board, we have not seen any leaks related to the screen or any other pieces.

Today, however, the French tech blog nowhereelse.fr has gotten their hands on a battery for Apple's next-generation device. The interesting detail about this battery is its capacity. It has at least 50% more juice than the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 one. The capacity is 2915 mAh, in comparison with a 1810 mAh battery for the smaller iPhone 6 and 1560 mAh for the current iPhone 5s.

The cited source says the format of the serial number printed on the cable that connects the battery to the motherboard is similar to the one used by Apple. Also, the connector itself fits the motherboard one found in previous leaks.

Apple is expected to reveal at least one iPhone 6 model on September 9, and most probably, we will see a smartwatch-like device. Recent leaks have shown the iPhone 6 assembled from parts. The device was not working, but at least we know what the final phone will look like and we know for sure that Apple is leaving the 4.0-inch displays behind them.
