Big Fish Games, one of the biggest publishers of small casual titles, has said that Apple has pulled its iOS app from the official Store without giving an official reason for the move and despite a deal earlier in the month that would allow gamers to pay a monthly subscription in order to get access to a number of titles.

Paul Thelen, who is the founder of Big Fish Games, stated, “We were notified that the app was removed. We’re trying to follow up with Apple to try to figure out what happened.”

He says that his own company has been working closely with Apple to make sure that the app met all the requirements and that he is now trying to find out the reasons for the move.

Apple is well known for strongly policing the App Store and for quickly eliminating all applications that are deemed to breach the Terms of Service.
