Bid, You Nasty Little Germans!

Sharon Stone has been considered for so long one of the biggest sex-symbols of our times, that it just might have gone to her head. Although she is 48, she is still one of the most desirable women in showbiz but maybe if she showed her naughty side on fewer occasions, people would invite her to public events more.

That the actress tends to act a bit 'weird' on the red carpet and at various galas is not news for anybody but, in time, people have learned to appreciate her despite all that. After all, even if she's not the talented actress she claims to be (her movies speak for themselves in this sense), she is a very active participant in all sorts of charitable organizations and more.

It was for exactly this thing that the organizers of the Cinema for Peace gala invited her to Berlin, Germany, to guide an auction for charity purposes. Of course, they did not expect her to play the call-girl on stage and their surprise was huge when she started doing just that.

As Sharon, all dressed up in a gorgeous white gown, got on the stage, the cheers and loud applause began. After all, it was only natural that she be greeted in this way, since she is still a 'star' in the true sense of the word. But she would not have any of it: first, she silenced the all-tie crowd by a very extended 'Shhhh!' and ample gestures with her hands.

Then, she moved on to the dirty talk... literally! 'You talk, you bid; you move, you bid; you look at me wrong, you bid. You got it? You naughty little Germans. Naughty, nasty little Germans.', she said, trying to make a point of the fact that anything can be interpreted as a bidding offer. Then she continued: 'That's why I keep coming back. 'Cause you're naughty. Nasty. I like it.', also making the purring sound we've heard in a certain type of movies. You know what I'm talking about...

This kind of behavior made people believe that the actress was on something or maybe that she had too much to drink before the gala even started. Plus, there were a couple of reports that had Sharon climbing all over Richard Gere backstage, planting wet kisses on him, and barely being able to stand firm on her own two feet.

Naturally, Stone's publicist was infuriated by the false reports from the media and issued a statement to clarify the situation. 'She was just being funny. That's what she does. She's there to raise money. She raises a ton of money for amfAR and she does it very well. She doesn't drink', the publicist told Fox News.
