14 DAY TRIAL // Amidst allegations that Jay Z had been cheating on Beyonce for years and this has put a strain on their marriage, causing them to drift apart, we kept getting reports that Beyonce herself might have had some indiscretions of her own.
If in Jay's case every woman that he ever collaborated with or worked with at some point in his career was suspected of having slept with the rapper, in Beyonce's case, it was much more difficult to pinpoint an adulterous partner.
Difficult but not impossible, because it was quickly speculated that Beyonce had become intimate with her longtime bodyguard, Julius De Boer. The Dutch “protection officer” had been by the singer's side for 8 long years, plenty of time for a romance to develop.
Today, Radar is claiming that the Julius De Boer theory is not only true, but it's causing friction within the marriage, which is why the security company that hired him was now actively seeking a replacement.
The company has launched a search for a “fulltime executive protection officer,” a position currently held by De Boer, which basically means that he's getting replaced. Speculations run wild that Beyonce is trying to save her marriage by cutting all ties with her bodyguard.
Onlookers at Jay and Bey's concert at the Pasadena Rose Bowl reported that the couple acted strange and that it was De Boer who took care of Beyonce. One eyewitness recalls that “The two of them walked off the main stage to a stage at the fifty yard line together. But Jay Z walked five feet in front of Beyonce without looking behind, and it was Julius who carried her train and made sure she got to the stage OK. It was very bizarre.”
De Boer is constantly by Beyonce's side, he was even there during the famous elevator scuffle between Jay Z and Solange. Which is why reports have emerged that Beyonce is living in secret with De Boer.
“Jay definitely thinks that there was and may still be something romantic going on between Bey and Julius,” an insider told The Star back in June, and added that “He wanted to fire Julius last February, but Beyonce said, ‘Julius isn’t going anywhere.’”
However, De Boer's shoes are going to be hard to fill though. The company's recruitment ad reads: “We are looking for highly-trained and experienced individuals who are positive professionals, work well in high stress, high demand environments, and can perform effectively as part of a team.”
When the company in question, RAD, was contacted by Radar, they refused to comment on whether the replacement ad was destined for Beyonce's security detail.
