14 DAY TRIAL // The first question upon hearing that Beyonce is reposting the very photos her sister took down from Instagram yesterday should be if this constitutes an admission of guilt and a way of saying sorry. We still don't know and we also aren't able to tell what the big fuss was about when Solange punched and kicked Jay Z in an elevator while Beyonce stood idly and watched.
There have been many speculations in the press but we're still not close to getting to the bottom of this scandal. What we can only say for sure is that Beyonce is reaching out to her sister with an olive branch.
This was also the case yesterday, when Beyonce posted a cryptic photo with a message on Instagram in which she asked God to give her the power to make the right choice in the relationships with the people in her life.
The message in the photo read, “Lord, I lift up every one of my relationships to You and ask You to bless them. I pray that each one would be glorifying to You. Help me to choose my friends wisely so I won’t be led astray. Give me my discernment and strength to separate myself from anyone who is not a good influence. I release all my relationships to You and pray that Your will be done in each one of them.”
Today, Beyonce is continuing her call for peace by posting photos her sister took down from her account. As you can imagine, they are all photos with Beyonce and Solange in them. The first photo that Bey posted shows the singer and her sister posing in a joyous embrace in the middle of a field, possibly at a festival.
The picture speaks volumes of the relationship between the two sisters who are very close. Beyonce captioned it simply with “good morning.”
We are still waiting for an official comment about the incident from the parties involved, but it doesn't look like it's coming anytime soon. In the meantime, Jay, Solance and Beyonce are carrying on with their lives as if nothing happened, and they are not letting off any hint that there could have been a falling out between them.
Save maybe for Solange's drastic move to delete all the photos with her famous sister from her profile on social media. That was a clear declaration of war which Beyonce is now trying to make amends for, extending the proverbial olive branch.
