Beyonce Reportedly Pregnant with First Child

It’s precisely one month that Beyonce was telling the media she had killed her fierce alter-ego, Sasha Fierce, and that she couldn’t wait for all her music commitments to come to an end so that she could enjoy some “me time.” She wanted to cook, watch TV and just chill, she said. MediaTakeOut says she might also be preparing to change diapers, for she is pregnant with her first child.

Both Beyonce and husband Jay-Z have spoken before about the possibility of starting a family, but insisted they did not like to plan such things. If it was to happen, it would happen, the diva herself was saying in the aforementioned interview. According to MTO, it has happened and Beyonce is pregnant, well-placed sources say. At the time of writing, spokespersons for the two megastars were not available for comment.

“It’s been a long time waiting... but now it’s finally happened. MediaTakeOut just learned from a ROCK SOLID source that legendary singer Beyonce and her hip hop mogul husband Jay Z are expecting their first child together,” the e-zine writes. For what it’s worth, though credited for breaking some very interesting stories, MediaTakeOut is known to have been wrong as well on a couple of occasions, so it would be recommended not to jump the gun on this one.

“According to our source Beyonce is doing fine and resting (for now), but she’s expected to continue working throughout her pregnancy. And we’re also told that Jay Z is EXTREMELY happy to be having his first child with Bey. We and the entire MediaTakeOut.com staff want to wish the happy couple CONGRATS!!!” the same e-zine goes on to say, clearly convinced that the sources feeding them this story can’t possibly be wrong.

As also noted above, Beyonce and Jay-Z were not available for comment at the time of writing. If they won’t issue a statement to confirm or deny this report, fans shouldn’t despair: this is truly a “time will tell” type of matter.
