14 DAY TRIAL // Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are officially the hottest, newest couple in town but, while fans and the press might love them as one, there are at least two people who don't: Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z, Kanye's best friend.
Beyonce in particular believes that Kim Kardashian, a reality star who owes her fame basically to one very questionable homemade movie, is “below” them.
As such, she's banned her from ever breaking into her and Jay's circle of friends, the same one that, of course, Kanye frequents, Heat World informs.
Jay-Z can't but agree with his wife on this one, the same report notes, especially since neither appreciates the kind of media attention Kim always brings upon herself.
“Despite Kanye being one of Jay’s closest friends, Beyonce wasted no time in banning Kim from being invited into their circle, which is exclusive to say the least,” says a spy.
“Beyonce is used to hanging out with Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow – she’s in a totally different league to Kim,” the insider explains.
Of course, Kim didn't take the news kindly, since she'd pictured herself being friends with the singer and, after a while, with all her friends as well.
“Kim had visions of her and Beyoncé hanging out while Jay and Kanye talked music and business, but it’s not going to happen,” the insider notes.
“Bey’s marriage to Jay-Z was extremely private, and neither of them confirmed it until long after the event. Kim, on the other hand, turned her wedding into a media circus and the whole thing was filmed for a Reality show. Bey thought that it was really tacky and is not a fan of Reality TV, either,” the source goes on to say.
That Kanye has reportedly agreed already to be featured on Kim's reality show (as her boyfriend, one might assume) probably didn't help her cause one bit.
