BestBuy Gets to Sell Lenovo Laptops

Lenovo's consumer-oriented laptops have, so far, not been available for sale through BestBuy US retail stores, but this has changed now that the company and the shop chain have struck an agreement.

Things on the IT market may have been slow, but definitely not inactive, as a certain agreement now shows.

Lenovo seems to have decided it was time its mobile PCs, or three of them at least, began to sell through BestBuy's channels.

As such, starting on April 3, one will be able to spot the B560, IdeaPad Z565 and V560 up for order.

The V560 has a display size of 15.6 inches and the HD, 16:9 former (the LCD is a widescreen panel). A Core i3 CPU is at the heart of it. Furthermore, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, WiMAX and fingerprint reader are among its less assets.

The IdeaPad Z565 has the same display size but boast an AMD dual-core Phenom II chip and a AccuType island-style keyboard.

Thirdly, the B560 mobile PC, again measuring 15.6 inches in diagonal, has a LED HD panel, and Intel Pentium processor as the central piece and, of course, its own webcam.

“By partnering with Best Buy, we’re extending the opportunities for consumers to try Lenovo PCs firsthand and experience our PCs’ advanced computing features and seamless connectivity with immersive multimedia.”

Among the extra perks that some or all of these three machines can have are the OneKey Rescue System, the Lenovo Energy Management software and Dolby Advanced Audio.
