With Super Bowl being an event with an audience of well over 100 million fans from all over the world, it makes sense to pay a fortune to have an ad running during it. Below are some of the best trailers released.

We've already talked about “Battleship” and “The Avengers.”

While we try to find consolation for the lack of a new “The Dark Knight Rises” trailer, below (and one above) are some of the other trailers that aired during the Super Bowl.

Sacha Baron Cohen had a 31-second spot for his upcoming “The Dictator” and, we hear, he bought NBC and he knew from the start who would win the game.

Other trailers premiered included “John Carter,” the (loose) remake “21 Jump Street,” another look at “Hunger Games,” “The Lorax,” “Act of Valor” (which stands out for using real Navy SEALs) and “G.I. Joe: Retaliation.”

Enjoy!
