"Beowulf: The Official Mobile Game" Out and Ready to Play

"Beowulf: The Official Mobile Game" will be available from now on for some challenging gameplay on mobile phones everywhere. Gameloft just announced its release at the same time with that of the movie it's inspired from.

The film shows the story of the mighty warrior Beowulf as it has never been told before. The hero has to battle the demon Grendel and then face the wrath of the monster's mother. "Beowulf" stars Ray Winstone in the title role and Anthony Hopkins as the corrupt King Hrothgar, as well as John Malkovich, Robin Wright Penn, Brendan Gleeson, Crispin Glover, Alison Lohman and Angelina Jolie as Grendel's mother.

The mobile game allows the gamer to play the role of Beowulf and fight the fiercest monsters that run the mobile world. He can use the surrounding environment to defeat them, which makes the game even more interactive. There are 14 levels of intense action and breathtaking battles to enjoy. The player can choose between 15 fight moves and a huge number of objects and weapons to get creative while hacking and slashing monsters.
