14 DAY TRIAL // The second point release of the Phoronix Test Suite 4.8 (Sokndal), has been announced by Michael Larabel and it’s available for download.
The final version of this branch has been released for some time now and the developer has took the time to bring a few changes and improvements.
Phoronix Test Suite 4.8.x comes with minimum and maximum test results reporting for OpenBenchmarking.org test profiles, OpenGL frame latency / jitter reporting, support for HipHop Virtual Machine 2.1, and much more.
The current version only implements a small patch that brings a couple regression fixes concerning the OpenBenchmarking.org integration.
The next Phoronix Test Suite 5.0 is also under development and more details about this version should become available in the coming weeks.
