BenQ has officially presented today the new X series LCD displays to include the BenQ X900, X900W, X2000W and X2200W. The X series is equipped with the BenQ patented technologies such as Senseye and Game and is committed to delivering different viewing experiences using the six preset operation modes: Standard, Dynamic, Movies, Photos, Action Game and Racing Game.

The displays address to game enthusiasts as well as multimedia consumers. The two gaming modes that are preset on the display (Action Game and Racing Game) allow for a better immersion during the gameplay and deliver life-like gaming experiences. The true image is possible due to the implementation of BenQ's exclusive Senseye+Game Technology for visual clarity, depth and richness.

Video performance has been improved as compared to the previous models. BenQ has worked on enhancing the gray-to-gray response time by using an innovative technology, AMA. All the BenQ LCD monitors in the X series are equipped with HDMI connectors for easily linking HD enabled equipment such as HD DVD players and the latest gaming consoles.

The most feature-rich model in the series is the X2200W display that includes advanced technologies, such as PerfectMotion, a dynamic video display processing technology that makes the display suitable for fast-moving images such as games, multimedia and sports event broadcasts. The display can render more than twice faster as compared to other LCD technologies: PerfectMotion can provide an 8ms Motion Picture Response Time (MPRT) while other commonly used technologies provide over 20ms MPRT.

The producer has also worked on enhancing the color palette: 92% color gamut provides the higher saturation of color space the human eye can perceive, which would ultimately reflect into a more vivid and life-like image.

BenQ will release this year two of their models, the X2000W and the X2200W on the Asia-Pacific market only, while the X900W will be available in the U.S. and China. The X900 model will be found in some selected countries across Europe starting December.
