The VW2420H 24-inch monitor is not the only display that BenQ finished recently, the company having also prepared the BL2400PT, a display that has the same screen size of 24 inches and a VA panel with anti-glare.

Like most of its previously-released display solutions, the BL2400PT is designed in such a was as to appeal to both home and office users.

Thus, it comes with the full range of features and a significant dynamic contrast ratio while still striving to stick to a more or less affordable price point.

In order to meet the standards for Full HD multimedia playback, the screen itself has a native resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels.

The monitor also has an anti-glare VA (Vertical Alignment) panel and a contrast ratio of 3,000:1, which correlates to a dynamic contrast ratio (DCR) of 20,000,000:1.

What's more, the product has a G2G (gray to gray) response time of 8ms and a brightness of 250 cd/m2.

Furthermore, so that one need not necessarily acquire an auxiliary sound output solution, the BL2400PT has its own integrated pair of 1W speakers.

Finally, for compatibility with a wide range of video cards and, thus, PCs, the newcomer is equipped with D-Sub, DVI and DisplayPort inputs.

Other specifications include an Eco Sensor, which switches the monitor to Eco mode when the user backs away from the desk.

As for the design, the company went for a stand capable of tilt, pivot, swivel and height adjustment, for better productivity and comfort.

BenQ's BL2400PT has reportedly already been set up for pre-order, with a price tag of 240 Euro.

Of course, those end-users seeking to get a close look at the full set of specifications need only stop by the official product page that the company has already added to its website, located here.
