The third part of the “Night at the Museum” trilogy has just released its first trailer under the name of “Secret of the Tomb.” You're going to get to see all your favorite characters from the previous two films, as well as Ben Stiller's Larry Daley, the security guard.

In the video that presents a brand-new adventure for the museum dwellers, we get to see Ben Kingsley playing the Pharaoh, Rebel Wilson as the British security guard, Dan Stevens as Lancelot, as well as Ricky Gervais, Owen Wilson and Steve Coogan in supporting roles.

Trouble is afoot in the third part, as the magic of the tablet that brings the museum characters to life every night is beginning to fade. To solve the problem, Ben Stiller's character takes them all to London to help him solve this mystery.

There are no official plot details released for the movie, but we can see from the trailer that it's going to be full of action and comedy, as well as some outrageous characters.

The film is directed by Shawn Levy, who returns to helm the third episode in the franchise, and it's slated to be released in cinemas on December 19 this year, so the week before Christmas.
