Canadian mobile phone carrier Bell is reportedly preparing for the release of two new mobile phones on its airwaves, both handsets coming straight from South Korea, the Samsung Link and the LG Bliss. The first of the new devices is supposedly a Bell exclusive, and should come to the carrier's users on July 30, while the second one, the touchscreen Bliss, should land on August 7, MobileSyrup states.

The new Samsung Link comes to the market with a full QWERTY keyboard, while also sporting a 2.2-inch LCD screen, as well as a 1.3-megapixel photo snapper, and a microSD memory card that offers support for up to 16GB of additional storage space. Other specs of the upcoming phone also include Bluetooth 2.0, as well as IM, e-mail and text messaging capabilities, not to mention web navigation.

According to the news, the wireless carrier plans on delivering a special offer to its customers, the same as it did with the previously launched Samsung Vice. Thus, the first 10,000 customers are reported to receive a free decal from Decal Girl. The Samsung Link should become available with the operator in two color versions, black and white.

As for the second device heading towards Bell in the near future, the LG Bliss, it should sport a touchscreen display, customizable home screens (Main, Customizable Shortcuts, Favourite contacts and Multimedia Screen), and a 2-megapixel photo snapper that also boasts video-recording capabilities and a 2x zoom.

At the same time, the upcoming phone should also include a Bluetooth connectivity, as well as a speakerphone, Music Player, a variety of standard features (contacts, calendar, Notepad, Alarm Clock), as well as a microSD memory card slot for additional storage space that provides support for up to 16GB of memory per card.

When it comes to pricing, we learn that the Samsung Link is expected to cost $19.95 with a three-year contract, but it can also be purchased with a two-year agreement for $69.95, with a one-year deal for $169.95, or free of contract for $219.95. the LG Bliss has been priced at $79.95 on a three-year contract, at $129.95 on a two-year one, and at $229.95 on a one-year service agreement, but can also be acquired outright for $279.95.
