Recently, Canadian mobile phone maker Bell Mobility has put in place a special promotion for its users, which included lowering the price tag for some of the latest smartphones by $75.

Three handsets were included in this deal, namely the Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant, the HTC Desire Z, and the LG Optimus Quantum, all of which are now $75 cheaper.

“Take an additional $75 off these smartphones. Just in time for the holidays, you can get incredible savings on the hottest new smartphones of the season. Only from Bell. And only on Canada’s best network,” the wireless carrier notes on its website.

Through the new deal, the Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant is available for purchase at $99.95, the HTC Desire Z dropped to $79.95, while the LG Optimus Quantum was made available for $49.95.

Of course, all of these price tags include the signing of a three-year contract agreement with the wireless carrier.

According to Bell, the offer should last until December 31, 2010. The promotion was made available via all of the carrier's stores around the country.

In case there are some yet unfamiliar with what these devices are all about, they should head over to the carrier's website to learn more on them, as well as on other handsets on Bell's offering.

As its name suggests, the Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant is part of the Galaxy S family of handsets the south Korean vendor brought to the market during the ongoing year.

The phone includes a 4-inch Super AMOLED touch screen, a 5.0 megapixel camera, 1GHz application processor, video calling capabilities, and more.

The HTC Desire Z is one of the latest smartphones HTC launched with Google's Android 2.2 operating system on board.

It also packs a fast processor, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, Mobile Wi-Fi hotspot functionality, support for download speeds of up to 14.4 Mbps, and more.

As for the LG Optimus Quantum, it was among the first handsets to bring Microsoft's new Windows Phone 7 OS on shelves last month.
