Two of the latest high-end Android-based mobile phones launched on the market in Canada via Bell are now cheaper when purchased from Best Buy with the signing of a contract agreement, namely the Samsung Galaxy S II and the HTC Sensation 4G.

The flagship model from the South Korean mobile phone maker is available for only $69.99 on a three-year contract via the leading retailer, while the Sensation was lowered to free on contract.

The two smartphones are on sale until September 8th, and can be seen on the retailer's website here and here, for Galaxy S II and Sensation 4G, respectively.

For those who out of the loop, we should not e that both devices were launched only a few months ago at the Canadian wireless carrier, and that they both run under Google's Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.

The Galaxy S II is one of the most popular smartphones on the market at the moment, with over 5 million units sold in less than two months following its official release on the global market.

“It features a dual core application processor so it works at lightning fast speeds, and is home to an 8MP camera with HD recording, an ultra-vibrant 4.3" Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen, and smart Samsung features that will keep you entertained no matter where you're at,” Best Buy notes.

The specs list of this device includes a 1.2GHz application processor, along with support for 21 Mbps connectivity, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 3.0, support for 32GB of additional storage space via microSD memory card slot, Readers Hub, Social Hub, Music Hub and Games Hub, and more.

The HTC Sensation 4G was designed to connect to Bell's fast network as well, not to mention that it also packs high-end features similar to those inside Galaxy S II.

“Sleek, slim and loaded with powerful features the HTC Sensation 4G from Bell is truly a superphone. Beyond the 4.3" Super LCD screen, it's packed with a Full HD camcorder, 8MP camera, HTC Sense technology, Bluetooth 3.0, and Wi-Fi. Plus, it moves at super-fast 4G speeds,” Best Buy notes on its website.
