We reported earlier today that Canadian carrier Bell plans to release the hotly-anticipated Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update for Samsung Galaxy Nexus on March 8.

However, it appears that it's been a change of plans and Bell won't be able to deliver the upgrade as promised.

For whatever reasons, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean for Galaxy Nexus is now expected to arrive at Bell on March 12, MobileSyrup reports.

The information is confirmed by a Bell internal document leaked online, so those expecting the update to pop up on their Galaxy Nexus devices tomorrow will have to wait a few more days.

Keep in mind that Android 4.2 will be pushed OTA (over the air), so now third-party applications are needed. We will keep an eye out for this one so stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
