Being a Full-Time Party Animal Will Make You Look Like This

Is this Sienna Miller in this photo, with no make-up on and looking like she's about to fall off her chair and faint any moment now? Well, it certainly looks like Sienna, so it must be her - minus the glamorous, cheeky and eccentric clothes that have made her a well-known fashion landmark over the past few years. So, question is: what's making Sienna look like she's simply fading into the background? And the answer doesn't lie too far away - it's all the drinking and the hard partying that the actress has been up to ever since she hooked up with scruffy Welsh actor Rhys Ifans.

Don't get me wrong - Sienna is no stranger to drinking, on the contrary. On more than one occasion, the actress proved herself a hard drinker and her relationship with the press and the paparazzi in particular has been a love-hate, spicy series of rows mixed with periods in which Miller plays the good little girl in order to pacify the journalists she often offended with her sometimes not so elegant choice of words. But now, Miller's affair (not sure we can refer to it as a relationship yet, but it may very well be the case) with Ifans seems to have brought her partying to a whole new dimension.

This all makes much more sense if we look a little at Ifans, too. If we were to judge him by looks alone, I'm sorry to say he looks like he hasn't showered in days. But what he lacks in fancy appearance (hey, not everyone in this world is blessed with Jude Law's charms, isn't it?), his friends say he more than compensates in wit and humor.

"When Rhys is around, the party has arrived" says a friend of the actor's. "Everyone loves him and he is a charismatic, warm, funny guy who is absolutely up to have a big night any time you care to join him. He is pretty hedonistic, and it can all get very messy indeed". And if by 'messy' he means dead drunk, he seems to be right. Ifans himself finds his own behavior pretty self-destructive. And as far as drugs are concerned - well, this is what he once stated and you can judge for yourselves. "In 2000, I played a hedonistic, drug taking Ibiza DJ in "Kevin And Perry Go Large", and all I can say is: 'Research, research, research!'" he said. "You simply can't go to Ibiza and not join in, can you?"

You can easily imagine, then, that life with such a man - especially if we're talking about Ifans and Miller as a couple and not simply as very good friends - has to be pretty exhausting. No wonder the people in charge of Sienna's new movie, 'Hippie, Hippie Shake" have banned her from attending parties while the shooting is still in progress. If she's going to show up on the set looking like she does in these photos, I'm not sure they'll be very impressed - and neither will we.
