"Beijing 2008" is a perfect mobile simulation for the Olympics, offering gamers the chance to compete as representatives of 32 countries. "Sonic at the Olympic Games" brings Sega's famous Sonic the Hedgehog as well as other characters to the Olympic arenas. Gamers will be part of "Team Sonic" (with Sonic himself, Amy, Tails and Knuckles) and have to make their way to Olympic glory in five different events: 1500m, 400m Hurdles, Javelin, Triple Jump and Discus. Starting from the Qualifying rounds and ending with the Finals, "Sonic at the Olympic Games" is set keep you busy and entertained with its unique gaming experience.

Talking about the new mobile titles, Linda Chaplin, SEGA Mobile's Vice President, said: "Featuring rich graphics, quality audio and one-thumb controls, Beijing 2008 and Sonic at the Olympic Games both complement and extend the video game line-up for the Olympic Games. These two games are great examples of the fun that can be had on the mobile platform - quality, snack-sized games that are easy to pick up and play, are challenging and fun, yet difficult to put down."
