Become the Ruler of Beleriand!

This is a Warcraft III: Frozen Throne Melee map that was constructed using the Ashenvale tileset with a size of 192x192 of which 191x191 playable. It can support up to 11 fight hungry players.

War of the Jewels is a map loosely based on the book “ The Silmarillion” by J.R.R. Tolkien. In this map you are placed in a fictional land called Beleriand and must content with many other foes for dominion. It is very important that you and your allies work cohesively and with tight coordination.

The game is played by using a combination of heroes, units, strategy and lots of work with your allies all in order to defeat the opposing teams. After you've destroyed your main opponent it's time to move on the other teams.

If you want to make custom alliances, all you need to do is to type in “-diplomacy” to vote for the diplomacy mode to be turned on. You'll need 75% of the votes for it to work. After the mod is on, you can type -ally color and -unally color to form your own team.

The colors are: red, blue, teal, purple, yellow, orange, green, pink, light blue, dark green and brown.

There is also a Hero Revive Mode, that can be activated by typing -HR and when 75% of the players agree, then this mod is activated.

This map is all about fighting so strategy will be the ultimate factor that will determine your win or your downfall. Whenever launching into a battle is good to arrange your men so the melee go first and the ranged units are at the rear.

Also try to make good use of your auras and aid all the fighters.
