Becks Can't Play with Mr. Snoopy, Posh Says! David Beckham wasn't allowed a night out with Snoop Dogg after the Live 8 gig in Hyde Park	By 4th of July 2005, 16:07 GMT Adjust text size:

For Becks it was the chance of an unforgettable night party in the company of a famous rapper who likes football; for Posh it was all about reputation. "Look Mr. Snoopy, you're not taking my husband out. I know all about your reputation!" Victoria said to Snoop Dogg as he invited her hubby for a few drinks after his performance at Live 8 in Hyde Park, reported The Sun newspaper. Apparently, Posh was outraged with the womanizing reputation of the gangsta rapper and did not want Becks to hit the town with somebody known for his bad influence. Posh might have been jealous for not having set foot on stage to perform alongside a reunited Spice Girls group that was impossible due to Mel B's refusal, and remained in the VIP area, while David walked on the Live 8 stage to introduce Robbie Williams. Beckham was thrilled with his backstage meeting with Snoop Dogg, whom he had wanted to know in person for a long time. "I was impressed with his knowledge of football" said the Real Madrid soccer star. Therefore, he gave Snoop Dogg a replica number 23 Real Madrid shirt as a present.
