14 DAY TRIAL // Homeowners in the Irkutsk Oblast region in Siberia, Russia were stunned to see a bear ransacking their house.
The bear broke a window and left a mess behind. The animal was apparently drawn by the smell of borscht, a Russian sour soup.
The family had prepared the soup, as well as a meat dish, and let it to rest. The beast smashed a window to get itself inside.
The couple living there were watching the entire scene from the sauna, where they are sleeping during renovation works on the house.
According to RIA Novosti, they called the police to get the bear out and officers shot in the air to scare it away. However, it didn't leave until it finished up the entire pot of borscht.
