14 DAY TRIAL // Today, owners of BlackBerry smartphones can download and install the BeWeather 10 Pro application for free, as part of the 25 Days of Gifts promotion that the Canadian mobile phone maker is holding this holiday season.
The application, usually available at $4.99 (€3.63), is a fully featured weather client that comes with satellite maps and radar maps (US only), and which can deliver 7-day and 24-hour forecasts to users’ smartphones.
The application will provide users with info on current conditions, including "Feels like" temperature, wind, pressure, dew point, humidity, as well as with instant weather advisory notifications via PUSH technology for those who live in the US.
The app will track users’ location and will always deliver the weather data where they are at, while also offering Sunrise/Sunset times and moon phase.
As CrackBerry notes, the app should appear as free in the 25 Days of Gifts section in the BlackBerry World on smartphones.
