The development team at DICE is carefully observing the development team of Titanfall and is especially interested in the Artificial Intelligence-powered troops that can be spawned in multiplayer and driven by cloud mechanics.

Lars Gustavsson, the creative director working on Battlefield 4, tells VG247 that &ldquoWith 64 players we feel that there’s more than enough in our world. In a co-op experience, is super cool, but in multiplayer, we’ve had feedback that people prefer dying from real human bullets.”

DICE is considering using the new tech in the future as long as it can prove its potential when Titanfall launches.

Both DICE and Respawn Entertainment are now working with Electronic Arts, which should make sharing tech easy.

Battlefield 4 will be out on October 29 in the US and on November 1 in Europe on the PC and current-gen consoles, while Titanfall will be launched next year on the PC and the Xbox family of devices.
