The new update brings Criminal Activity DLC for Premium fans

Battlefield Hardline is set to receive its next major patch today, June 16, in the form of update 1.03, which brings the Criminal Activity DLC for Premium members, as well as other enhancements. Unfortunately, right now the rollout has been temporarily postponed due to an issue, but it should still launch in the following hours.

Battlefield Hardline launched back in March and delivered a pretty bold take on the first-person shooter series published by Electronic Arts. Since then, developer Visceral has listened to the community and worked on new content for all fans.

Hardline patch 1.03 brings Criminal Activity DLC for Premium users

Today, June 16, patch 1.03 for Battlefield Hardline is set to launch around the world across PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One platforms. The major update brings the Criminal Activity DLC expansion for Battlefield Hardline Premium members, but also all sorts of other improvements for the whole community.

Unfortunately, according to the official forums, the rollout of the patch is temporarily postponed, as an unexpected issue on the PC platform is preventing the release from going forward. New release estimates and downtime schedules should be revealed in the following hours.

The changelog confirms all sorts of general improvements

Besides the actual Criminal Activity DLC, which has four maps, fresh weapons, masks, vehicles, gadgets, and a game mode, the new patch 1.03 for Hardline also has many general improvements for all players.

These include ten new music tracks, a variety of netcode enhancements regarding projectiles, not to mention improved team deathmatch spawning, and tuning for an array of weapons, from the Car 556 to the ACR, .338 Magnum, theM1911, and many others.
