The coming Criminal Activity downloadable content pack for Battlefield Hardline is set to launch at the start of June and the development team at Visceral Games is ready to talk a little more about the new Bounty Hunter game mode that fans will be able to enjoy.

The succinct description says that the new experience is focused on infantry engagements in which teams will have to move fast and prepare well to get access to the coins that the others are dropping.

The official site explains that Bounty Hunter in Battlefield Hardline will ask players to hit a limit for the coins, exploring the world to get those that enemies drop when they are killed and trying to work together to also collect those that allies lose.

Visceral Games states, "It is imperative to stay with your team to prevent the enemy from securing coins from fallen teammates. The best strategies are to move as a unit, bringing ammo, health, and area denial grenades like gas and molotovs."

Supply, scouting and ambush management are also important for those who are aiming to succeed in the coming Bounty Hunter mode in Battlefield Hardline.

The new experience is designed to work well in all the new maps, called Black Friday, Code Blue, The Beat, and Backwoods.

Battlefield Hardline will also get access to more masks

The DLC is extensive and also gives players more options when it comes to their appearance and the capabilities of their characters via a new set of masks and police helmets.

Criminal Activity for Battlefield Hardline will be introduced initially for those who have a Premium service subscription and only after two weeks will the rest of the population gain access to it.

The Community Test Environment is also live for the title, which means that gamers can now sign up in order to test the changes that will be implemented in future updates.

There are three other DLC packs that are designed to arrive for Battlefield Hardline before the end of the year, each of them designed to add four new maps and a new game mode to the title.

Visceral Games and Electronic Arts have said that they are satisfied with sales of the shooter, which was delayed from the fall of 2014, and that might mean that the two companies are also exploring the possibility of a full sequel.
