The open beta for Battlefield Hardline has already begun and information about the game, which hasn’t been revealed yet, leaked online. This info refers to a possible Premium service for Battlefield Hardline, which will be available for those who want a little bit more than just chilling time.

The folks over at Videogamer have just spotted details of this Premium service, which will be available to Battlefield Hardline players on a subscription basis. Info on the price and what exactly it will offer aren’t available for the moment, but while playing the beta you will be able to spot some details.

For example, while in the customization menu in the beta, you will be able to notice there are some wearable patches, which are only available for Premium subscribers.

Since this service is not yet available and not even announced, we must assume that Visceral will only make it available when the game gets released next month.

Hardline won’t be the first Battlefield game to feature a Premium service

Some of the items to be offered to Premium subscribers include patches that can be applied on uniforms, such as a shark, lion, snake, dolphin, eagle and others.

These patches are not available in the beta, but they are showing up in the beta customization menu as we mentioned earlier. According to their description, “Premium subscribers will find these Patches in Silver and Gold Battlepacks.”

Those who already played Battlefield Hardline beta may have already noticed that some of the game’s loading screens also refer to “Expansion Packs,” which will probably be available soon after release.

This is not the first Battlefield title that gets a Premium service, but Hardline players may receive a little bit more than some bonuses and the chance to play DLCs earlier than the general public.

Battlefield Hardline open beta is supposed to end on February 8, while the full game will be fully released for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on March 20.
