Different improvements have been made to online matches

A brand new server update for Battlefield 4 has just been released online, bringing quite a few improvements to the stability of multiplayer matches as well as the anti-cheat system.

Battlefield 4 has been plagued by plenty of gameplay bugs and issues since its release last year, but developer DICE is adamant in fixing all these problems by releasing many updates and patches.

This week saw the launch of quite a few enhancements for the game, and now a brand new R19 server update has been rolled out by the Swedish developer.

The patch improves the anti-cheat system used in online matches and also addresses certain stability problems and other such things.

R19 Server Update

-Introduced an update to our anti-cheat system -Fix for a server crash that was caused by setting the vars.teamXFactionOverride value to 3 -The vars.teamFactionOverride command, with the <team> and <faction_id> parameters has been introduced, replacing the vars.teamXFactionOverride commands -Vars.playerManDownTime has been removed as this was not working as designed

The new update is already live and it should be applied on all multiplayer servers in the following hours.
