The new patch is already live on PC, PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, and Xbox One

A brand new server update for Battlefield 4 has just been released by developer DICE, in the form of patch R14, which fixes a few bugs but also delivers the M1911 scope for all players of the game across all platforms.

Battlefield 4's launch wasn't the smoothest, as all sorts of problems and bugs started appearing across the PC, PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, and Xbox One platform.

After releasing various patches for the actual game in recent days, developer DICE has just pushed a new update for the title's multiplayer servers, in the form of the R14 patch.

The new software unlocks the promised M1911 scope for all players and fixes two different bugs. Check out the changelog below, via Battlelog.

The new update is already available for download and should go live on all servers within the next 24 hours.
