DICE has confirmed that it's going to debut tomorrow, December 3, not one, but two updates for Battlefield 4 on the PC and PlayStation 4 platforms in order to solve key issues such as the one-hit kill bug.

Battlefield 4 is set to receive tomorrow the China Rising DLC map pack, the first in the series of add-ons for the game across all platforms, namely PC, PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, or Xbox One.

Before the add-on's debut, DICE has confirmed that two updates will go live on the PC and PS4 tomorrow, December 3.

The studio has revealed on its Battlelog platform that the PC patch will debut on Origin at around 1am PST 10am UTC on December 3. Check out the patch notes below.

December 3 PC Game Update Notes

-Removed the blur effect on soldiers that appeared when Commanders were using EMP attacks -Fixed the audio bug where audio sometimes randomly dropped out while playing on certain multiplayer maps (typically Golmud Railway and Hainan Resort) -Fixed the "one-hit kill bug" where occasionally damage from a single bullet was applied multiple times -Fixed a common crash that would occur when exiting from the Single Player Campaign to Main Menu -Tweaked the network and computer performance screen to show proper values. Players can now test their computer and network connection and get recommendations if they need to adjust something to improve their gameplay experience

A patch for the PS4 edition of Battlefield 4 will also go live on December 3 at around afternoon Europe time, according to the studio. Check out the much shorter changelog below.

December 3 PS4 Game Update Notes

-Fixed the "one-hit kill" bug where bullets were sometimes applying their damage multiple times to a character. This could lead to firefights where normal rifles sometimes dealt one-shot kills, which is not as designed. -Fixed a crash that could occur when having a very large amounts of Friends -Enabled audio in PS4 video captures

Another update for the PS4 edition is already in the works and will address other exploits and bugs.
