A brand new video with Battlefield 4 has just surfaced, showing off some great gameplay footage from the single-player story campaign.

Battlefield 4 is set to debut next week and developer DICE has promised not just to deliver a very good multiplayer experience, with all sorts of impressive new features, but also a great single-player campaign that brings a fresh story.

After sharing a few details here and there about the different environments visited by the campaign, DICE has now posted a special video and a set of fresh details with Battlefield 4's story.

"Battlefield 4 puts you in the boots of US Marine Sgt. Daniel Recker, member of the Tombstone squad. Against the backdrop of a global conflict between US, Russia and China, you'll engage in combat on foot and by operating land, sea and air units," the studio said on its official website.

"Thankfully, you're not alone in your struggles on the Battlefield. The bonds with your teammates will grow stronger as you face perils of every kind. Don't let your squad down; they're counting on you as much as you need them to survive."

As always, the single-player campaign will serve to familiarize players with all the new elements from the upcoming game, from the fresh naval units, to the new and improved gadgets and weapons, not to mention other revised mechanics.

"In Battlefield 4 you'll engage in both close quarters squad-based combat and in vast battles commandeering tanks, jeeps, jets, helicopters and naval units. Utilize high-tech gadgets, a wide variety of weapons, and the dynamic environment itself as the climactic story progresses."

Besides these new details, a video showing many moments from the single-player campaign has also been presented.

As you can see below, players will go through different missions around the world in order to help the U.S. Navy recover from a terrible attack.

Battlefield 4 is out on October 29 in North America and November 1 in Europe and the rest of the world, for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. It's also going to debut for PS4 and Xbox One in November.
