Battlefield 3 will receive the special End Game DLC today, March 12, on the PC and Xbox 360 platforms but only for users who already have the Premium bundle. What's more, the game has also received a hefty patch on the Xbox 360.

Battlefield 3 came out back in October of 2011 and was supported by developer DICE with a variety of great updates and expansions.

The latest add-on, the End Game one, came out for Battlefield Premium owners on PS3 last week and is set to appear today for Premium owners on PC and Xbox 360.

Besides the new expansion, Battlefield 3 owners on the Xbox 360 have also received a special Multiplayer Update 6, which weighs in at 1.92GB and contains different improvements for the online mode of the game, according to the Xbox Live page.

Battlefield 3: End Game will be released in the following weeks for non-Premium users.
