Battlefield 3 has just received a brand new, 12 minute long gameplay video, which pieces together all of the previous trailers released in the game's Fault Line series, while adding quite a lot of brand new footage.

Battlefield 3 was announced for quite a long time, but now, DICE, its developer, and Electronic Arts, its publisher, have been generating a huge amount of hype around it by launching three episodes in the Fault Line series.

We presented all of the videos, which stunned both games industry representatives, even the rivals of Battlefield series, as well as regular gamers, who were impressed by the gorgeous graphics and the detailed gameplay.

Now, DICE and EA have revealed the full 12-minute Fault Line gameplay video, which chronicles one of the missions from the upcoming Battlefield 3, showcasing both stealthy infiltrations, full on combat and other types of encounters that will be a part of Battlefield 3's single-player campaign.

If fans of the series are going to "Like" the Battlefield 3 fan page, a special version of the trailer found below is going to be showcased, complete with developer commentary, which will no doubt give some serious insight into how the creative process went.

Battlefield 3 is set to be, at least according to DICE, a next generation game for current generation platforms, largely because its all-new Frostbite 2 engine was designed by the Swedish studio with platforms like current generation PCs, as well as new consoles like the PlayStation 4 or Xbox 720, in mind, being fully scalable for current platforms but also for the devices that will appear in the future.

The game is currently set to appear at the end of the year, right at the start of November according to a previous leak, which will be quite close to the presumed release of the new Call of Duty game that will be launched by Activision that same month.

Until then, check out the 12-minute gameplay video of Battlefield 3 below.
