As we have already announced, Electronic Arts will launch tomorrow a demo of Battlefield 2. The bad new is that it will be available only through GameSpot's services.
At least that's the conclusion one would reach
if he read the interview with Scott Evans, Battlefield's producer.
Although there isn't an official confirmation, it seems that only GameSpot Complete subscribers will have access to the demo.
But until the demo version, let's see what are the requirements specified by the producer in a readme file attached to the press release: 1.7 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM and a Nvidia GeForce FX 5700, ATI Radeon 8500 or ATI Radeon 9500 video card with 128MB of RAM.
The recommended requirements are: 2.4 GHz, 1 GB of RAM and 256MB of video memory.
And one more thing, you'll have to have Windows XP installed on your machine, EA not guaranteeing for the compatibility with Windows 2000.
