14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at NetherRealm confirms that it is planning to add Batgirl to the cast of playable character in their Injustice: Gods Among Us video game.
The official Twitter account for the studio states, "Looks like the bat’s out of the bag. Batgirl is a playable DLC character in Injustice. Catch her gameplay next week!"
It is unclear when Batgirl might be added to Injustice.
At the moment Lobo is expected to be added to the game on May 7.
NetherRealm is also not saying which version of the Batgirl character they are planning to add to Injustice: Gods Among Us.
The game mixes the trademark fighting game moves from the team that also created the Mortal Kombat series with a story that incorporates the core themes of the DC Comic universe.
