As the entire USA continues to debate on whether Clint Eastwood’s speech / empty chair talking routine at the Republican National Convention was a bad move or not, President Barack Obama is letting an image do all the talking.

Shortly after Eastwood’s speech, which you can also find embedded below, at the end of this post, Obama tweeted the photo above.

It comes with the brief comment “this seat is taken,” and is considered his response to the things Eastwood said in his speech.

Speaking of, Eastwood was so harshly criticized for it that some voices even claim the whole thing was a stunt orchestrated by the network that also made possible a reality show with his family – with his wife and daughters, that is.
