United States President Barack Obama was in top shape this weekend at the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner, which coincided with the 100th anniversary of the Press Association. Below is his speech in full.

As it happens every year, no topic was off limits when it came to a humoristic approach. The only “serious” moment in Obama’s speech this year was when he mentioned the merits of the Association in terms of keeping politicians in check, accountable for their actions in front of regular Americans.

Other than that, it was all a hoot. Obama ripped into the opposition, news coverage, Russian President Vladimir Putin and, of course, himself and some of his most controversial initiatives, like Obamacare.

His speech also included one (malfunctioning) video message and plenty of fake photos of himself in various situations.

My favorite was definitely the one that popped up on screen when Obama said that, no matter the criticism or the obstacles coming his way, he would just show up and “do his job,” and a photo of himself sitting on the Iron Throne from “Game of Thrones” was shown.

Besides members of the press, the function also listed several well-known stars. Joel McHale from “Community” was the featured entertainer, but Sofia Vergara and stars from shows like “Veep” and “Scandal” could also be seen in the audience.
