Alec Baldwin is one of the stars that appear in what is called a mediocre, not worthy to pay money for movie, 'Mini's First Time'. Besides him, the cast also features Nikki Reed, Luke Wilson, Carrie-Ann Moss and Jeff Golblum.
The most famous of the Baldwin brothers (how he must hate to be called that!) just told the website pagesix.com that his agenda is already too full to have time to waste by promoting 'Mini'.
The actor declares that he starred in five movies in the last 18 months and that he is currently faced with the problem of choosing which of them to promote. That is, to which promotion tour to attend to in person.
Leaving aside the issue of quantity vs quality (to which principle Baldwin seems to be prone to), the movie is already considered, by those who were (un)lucky enough to see it, to be a box-office flop.

While the script might have looked interesting, the story as performed by the actors goes dead-on into the category we all hate the most, that of clichés.
Basically, it's about Mini (Reed), who seduces her step father (Baldwin) in order to convince him to have her mother Diane (Moss) declared insane. And the movie evolves just as one might expect: blackmail, murder and selling-out on former accomplices...
Alec clarified some misunderstandings, regarding the promotion tour, in his statement to the website: he said that, had he not liked the script, he wouldn't have done the movie, probably anticipating the public reaction to such a lame, second-rated flick.
