The latest beta revision for Baidu Antivirus brings to the table a couple of new features, but the official list of changes is heftier in improvements and repairs.

Build 4.0.1.47031 of the product includes auto-process switch of OA and cuts down on the notifications shown to the user as the warning screens are displayed only in situations that present an elevated risk.

The enhancements integrated in this version touch on the graphical user interface for scanning and displaying the results as well as better transparency of the installation process.

The developer did away with a couple of glitches, too; they eliminated an issue affecting the display of the log and a bug that caused the USB window to flash.

Baidu Antivirus is developed as a proactive defense security tool, free on a permanent basis. It has been recently integrated on VirusTotal’s list of scanning engines and received the VB100 certification.
