The favorite for all paparazzi out there must be, by now, the actress Bai Ling. Because, one thing's for sure, where she is, a nipple slip is always imminent. And Bai proved that this is, indeed, an universal truth in the making as she attended the pre-Emmy bash at 'LA Confidential' magazine, on Friday.

This would be the tenth time that Miss Ling slips one for all those nosy people out there but, what's even more tragic is that she chose to wear the same dress that she wore no more than three nights before.

While many compared Bai Ling to Paris Hilton in terms of their super-powers of flashing the photographers, they are oblivious to the fact that the heiress, according to her own words, never wears the same outfit twice. What's more, she even changes twice or three times a night, if she attends a fancy ceremony.

But, on the other side, Ling doesn't have the money that Paris has and maybe that's why she opted again for this insanely colored dress that actually seems ripped off from some cartoon or clown story. Or, maybe she chose it because she knew that it had such a low cut cleavage that it revealed both her nipple and her side boob.

All in all, we were saying a while ago that Bai is not just your attention-seeking actress as many others are and that she has some serious credentials. In the light of all her recent appearances, we stand corrected and admit that, even though her previous work recommends her as a very talented actress, when she comes in public, she just wants all the light to shine on her. And she is literally willing to do almost anything for that to happen.
