14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Insomniac Games is aiming to register a trademark for the name Bad Dinos, which would apply to video games but also to other products.
The company filed to get the name protected in California in late July, according to AllGamesBeta, and no other details were offered.
At the moment, Insomniac Games is known to be working on the next title in the Ratchet and Clank series, called Into the Nexus, and Sunset Overdrive, which is expected to arrive exclusively on the Xbox One home console from Microsoft.
For some time, the studio has suggested that it has another mystery game in production, but no information linked to it was ever given to fans.
Insomniac Games' most recent release was Fuse, which arrived earlier in the year and received mixed reviews.
Bad Dinos might be linked to the Spyro series it has previously worked on.
