Today, Backup4all received a minor update that aims to correct specific glitches and to improve overall functionality of the application.

Build 5.0.357 of the program brings to the table optimizations touching on the system tray menu component. The product should no longer display the “Too many copies” error during activation on certain occasions.

When it lacked sufficient rights to open an SQLITE file, Backup4all would generate a runtime error; this should no longer occur with the current revision.

Additional changes in this release refer to entries not being available in the log data (“Show warning and error messages when scheduled”) and incorrect loading of limit by file number from the INI file.

This is the second update this month for the application. In the previous build, the developer dealt with more imperative problems that caused issues such as creating empty backup packages or errors with using a password for the application interface.
