A German company has created a lifesize doll crafted after the likeness of Prince George, the newest member of the British Royal Family.

The doll is dressed in a Union Jack romper suit. Creators at Zapf Creation do not acknowledge making a baby George doll.

They claim that their doll looks nothing like the Royal baby. It is dedicated to the birth, and it is meant to honor the event.

The Mirror writes that they are just trying to get around intellectual property laws imposed by Lord Chamberlain's Office's. The toy has an inscription on its outfit, naming it “Baby George.”

“This isn’t specifically 'Royal Baby George' doll, rather an addition to the Baby Annabell Brother range, named George,” a spokesperson explains.

The toy retails in the UK at £47.99 ($77 / €57).
