The first photo of a baby delivered on a commuter train during rush hour in London has been revealed. Phoebe was born at around 7.30 p.m. yesterday on a ride in the capital city of England.

Her parents, 21-year-old Alan Stanley and 22-year-old Sonia Banks were headed home to Cuxton, Kent from seeing a doctor.

Banks' water broke an hour before getting on the train, but she was released and sent home by doctors at Pembury Hospital, who reassured her that she still had a long way to go before delivering.

Her labor turned out to only be 15 minutes long, and she received help from a midwife who was on the train, giving birth on the floor. All passengers were understanding, and moved to a different section of the train, allowing for the delivery of the healthy baby girl.

“Luckily on the train there was a midwife, a nurse and a police officer, who were all off-duty, so they helped with the delivery. They were wonderful,” Allan's mother, Mari-Anne tells the Daily Mail.
