Over the past couple of weeks, tabloid media has been focusing exclusively on Jennifer Aniston’s seemingly slimmer and more toned body, as shown in pictures on the set of her latest comedy, “Just Go with It.” Perhaps to set the record straight or to prevent women from doing something potentially dangerous, celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson reveals she personally devised a diet of puree foods for the star, to help her lose weight, Marie Claire UK informs.

Anderson’s name might ring a bell with many of you because she comes with the highest recommendations possible, having helped the likes of Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow get their bodies in top shape. Now, she’s working with Aniston, because the actress wants to look her best for the film, which shoots in Hawaii and has her in several minuscule outfits. Aside from having Jen work out more, Anderson has also devised a customized eating regime for her: and it includes mostly puree foods.

“The former Friend has reportedly embarked on the baby food diet to get in shape for her latest flick, Just Go With It, and has lost 7lbs in a single week. Devised by celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson – who counts Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna among her A-list clientele – the regime involves eating 14 portions of puréed food a day, followed by a healthy dinner,” Marie Claire writes. The challenge was to devise a diet that would prevent the slimmer from gaining weight once they were done with it, which is a common occurrence with baby food diets.

“I developed a cleanse where you can still eat and it’s a lot of puree foods. I was very careful about the foods I chose to put in it. When you do these liquid cleanses I felt a responsibility to come up with something. Liquid cleanses do help you lose weight but you will gain more the next week. I wanted something where you can eliminate toxicity, break bad habits but still have your digestive system going. That is when the baby food cleanse was born,” Tracy herself explains in a recent interview cited by the mag.

Reports earlier this week said Aniston, fearing she might look bad in front of the camera because she had to work with Sports Illustrated model Brooklyn Decker, had flown in her personal trainer to help her tone up even more. If Aniston had Anderson come up with a diet plan for her, chances are she’s also using her as her trainer, it’s being said.
