The adorable baby elephant lives at the Schönbrunn Zoo in Vienna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where he is treated like a king.

In this photo he trips and lands on his trunk, after getting acquainted with a slightly large log.

This zoo in Austria just announced that another baby elephant would be born at the zoo after the mother was impregnated with frozen sperm.

The sperm used for this experiment was extracted from a sedated wild Asian elephant, during an operation known to those involved as “Operation Frozen Dumbo.”

Berlin's Leibniz Institute for Zoo and Wildlife Research, France's Beauval Zoo and the Pittsburgh Zoo in the United States all joined efforts with researchers at the Schönbrunn Zoo to make this scientific premiere possible.

Pregnancy lasts about 630 days for elephants and, at after five months, the fetus only measures 10.6 cm (4.2 inch).
