There has been some major drama going on with our favorite trainwreck in the world - I'm talking about Britney Spears, of course. But this time, buckle up and prepare for some serious drama - because gone are the days when Brit Brit acting "wild" meant she would go out with a short frock and no panties, get boozed up and expose her vagina to the world. This time, it's way more serious than that - and the whole story is in fact developing. As we speak, Britney is being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance, after some serious drama took place at her house, lasting for about four hours. Apparently, the mother of two was found to be under the influence of some unknown substance and is being rushed to the hospital, where she is going to be subjected to a thorough psychiatric evaluation. About time!

The story goes like this: yesterday evening, Brit was supposed to hand over her two boys (who had been visiting) to Kevin Federline's bodyguards, who were supposed to take the kids back to their father's house. Only trouble is, Britney refused to hand over Sean Preston and Jayden James, which resulted in a four-hour standoff involving police cars, an ambulance, a firetruck and literally tens of paparazzi cars jamming up the streets, not to mention the news helicopters buzzing overhead. Happy new year Britney style, y'all! How's that for a media craze? Also, just about every major name in the raging Spears - Federline custody battle put in an appearance at the show, including daddy K-Fed (who thankfully ended up taking the boys away from all the madness and their crazy mother), his shark lawyer mark Vincent Kaplan and Anne Kiley, one of Britney's attorneys.

Four hours after the drama began, the paramedics wheeled in a gurney and packed Brit into an ambulance. TMZ reports that Brit was taken at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and as she was wheeled inside she even flipped out the expecting paparazzi. The reason for Britney being rushed to hospital is that as I was telling you earlier, she was found to be under the influence of an unknown substance (that is, drugged out I guess) - and it was deemed she needs to be put on 'medical hold" - in other words, that she needs a psychiatric evaluation.
