BREAKING: Lindsay Arrested for DUI, Coke Found!

Just days after she was released from Promises, where she completed a 30-day rehabilitation program, Lindsay Lohan is already behind bars. Although the actress already has two other cases pending, one for allegedly crashing her car into a van and another one for DUI, when she hit a curb and smashed her Benz, this didn't stop her from getting drunk behind the wheel again today.

According to media reports, the police were summoned when some passers-by noticed a car chase near Pico Boulevard. When they pulled both cars over, they noticed that the one that was doing the chasing was driven by none other than Lindsay, who was still wearing her alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet we've seen her with for the past week. The field sobriety test revealed that her blood alcohol was between .12-.13, which means well over the legal limit. She also failed to pass the traditional walk-the-line test.

Lindsay was taken to the police station, where she remained for at least an hour, until her attorney was announced and arrived to post bail. A closer inspection of the actress and her belongings revealed that she had cocaine in one of the pockets of her pants, in an unspecified amount. Therefore, she was charged with driving under the influence and with a suspended license, possession of cocaine and transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility, but she was later released on bail, which was set at $25,000.

While behind bars, Lindsay was more than cooperative with police officers and seemed sincerely very upset, various sources claim. Tonight, she was supposed to make an appearance on David Letterman but, by the looks of things, all plans are off. LiLo is slowly but surely treading on Paris Hilton's footsteps: seeing that she has another DUI case pending, if charges are pressed against her this time too, it's more than sure that she'll get to spend some time in jail.
