BREAKING: Jailed Man Files Paternity Petition for Anna Nicole Smith's Baby

It's been a while since nothing new was heard in the Anna Nicole Smith saga and I'm not talking about her burial here, but about the paternity case of Dannielynn Hope. We all know that, until now, at least four men filed petitions claiming they are the real father of the baby girl who stands to inherit many millions of dollars.

These four are as follows: Howard K. Stern (Anna's long time lawyer, friend and lately lover), Larry Birkhead (a celebrity photographer who was linked to the glamour girl for almost two years), Zsa Zsa Gabor's former husband (who, out of the blue, decided to come clean about his 'amorous' relationship to Anna) and one of her bodyguards, whose name is really not relevant. As a side note, another potential father would be a man who died a long time ago, namely Howard J. Mashall, Smith's billionaire husband, who passed away thirteen months after they wed. Of old age, as it happens.

What you didn't know until now is that there is yet another man with whom Anna was linked in the past and who stands equal chances of having fathered Danni: a man who is now spending the last months of his sentence in prison – Mark 'Hollywood' Hatten. On previous occasions, when the media managed to contact him, Mark stated that he could be the father of Anna's child, since she once asked him to make a 'sperm donation' to the 'Anna Nicole Smith sperm bank', a thing to which he immediately complied since there wasn't anything he wouldn't have done for her.

Despite the fact that Mr. Hatten has no access with the outside world, Softpedia managed to make a brief contact with him, thus learning that not only is he sure that he is Danni's father, but that he also filed a petition asking for a DNA test. You see, unlike Howard Stern and Birkhead, the man is not afraid to take the paternity test, all in the hope that the real baby daddy will be discovered.

Hatten once told TMZ that he knew from the start that he was Danni's father but that there was nothing he could do about it, since he was locked up. He also said that Anna let him know that she was pregnant with his child, at the same time alluding to the possibility of using Danni as a means to convince Marshall's family that she was the rightful heir.

The bottom line is: things are about to get more and more complicated. While Stern is nowhere to be seen these days and Birkhead plays the secure guy (buying children's stuff for Danni's homecoming), Hatten is gearing up for the big fight. His website hints at an upcoming book, a series of interviews, and many shocking revelations that will send Stern straight to hell. Or jail, whichever is closer.
